About The Hive Real Estate Collective LLC

The Hive Real Estate Collective dream was born from two friends who worked and served together over several years. We were brought together as colleagues at a homegrown brokerage and as it grew, we found we missed the small family atmosphere, and we longed for that feeling again. We dreamt of a place where we could support each other's successes or even struggles, big and small, both personally & professionally by finding strength in the collective. We dreamt of a place where our driving force was integrity and the desire to be good brokers, be good colleagues, be good community members and do good for those around us while serving our profession and our clients. We continued with that desire in our hearts for years until we finally decided it was time to stop dreaming and start working on providing that for ourselves and other like-minded brokers, thus The Hive Collective was born.

So, what's with The Hive and all the bees? Well, it started with one of our owners because she knows bees are amazing! They work collectively for the good of all. They build their homes, divide their labor, communicate, protect each other and achieve a common goal. Without bees, we wouldn't have flowers! Bees make the world a better place, and our hope is this little hive will do the same for our community and profession.
